2012 is Federal Tyres Australia’s second year as an official sponsor of Australia’s Biggest Horsepower Party and the Federal team knew that the Summernats 25 “Chrome Jubilee” would be even bigger and better than ever before.
“We were very impressed with the quality of the event and the overall response we received at Summernats 25” said Federal Tyres NSW Marketing Coordinator Mick Hart “The level of professionalism and organisation shown by the staff, coordinators and management really showed this year, not to mention how great the crowds have been all weekend, we are really thrilled to be a part of such an outstanding festival!”
“With official crowd numbers at over 90,000 spectators attending Summernats 25 the amount of enquiry coming through the Federal Tyres display on the cruise route was extreme, we had enquiries on everything from the fattest hot-rod sizes, ultra high performance low profile street tyres and motorsport tyres right through to the most extreme off-road rubber and it didn’t let up all weekend!”
The Federal Tyres Miss Summernats Pageant was a highlight of the event and attracted huge crowds, with many beautiful ladies competing to take the crown and become Miss Summernats 2012. In the end Sabrina Damiano from Canberra took home the top spot in an exciting and extremely close competition (with less than ten points separating the top 3 places).
