Federal Tyres cools off a scorching Summernats 26!

Thousands of modified muscle cars, hot-rods, dragsters, elite show cars and more descended on the nation’s capital during the first weekend of January for Australia’s biggest horsepower party – Summernats 26.

Federal Tyres celebrated its 3rd year as a sponsor of the event with a bigger and better presence, supporting the Miss Summernats pageant as naming sponsor for the second year in a row “Miss Summernats has become an extremely popular tradition over the long 26 year history of the festival, and we think that the girls show a lot of courage and character to get up there on stage in front of so many people. We wanted to show how much we and the fans appreciate them doing this by supporting the competition as the major sponsor.” says Mick Hart, Marketing Manager for NTW – Federal Tyres NSW, ACT distributor.

Summernats 25 proves a huge success for Federal Tyres

SN25 2012 is Federal Tyres Australia’s second year as an official sponsor of Australia’s Biggest Horsepower Party and the Federal team knew that the Summernats 25 “Chrome Jubilee” would be even bigger and better than ever before.

Project REX kicks off at Summernats 25

Federal Tyres NSW are thrilled to announce the introduction of "Project REX" for 2012!

This new project will follow the build-up of a near standard 2005 Subaru WRX WRP10 to a tarmac rally / track spec race car fitted with all of the latest and greatest motorsport and high performance products from some of the world's best known manufacturers.
